我今年买了台湾年代热水器,三天后机器就不正常,重庆售后就来检修,结果发现质量有问题,我当时不同意修,他们坚持修.我说如果在半年内出现任何质量问题,我保留换货的权利.果然,使用过程中发现排废气量很大,整个屋子都闻得到,对我全家人身体健康带来危害,我们便不敢在新家居住了.向他们反映后,他们来看,说机器工作正常,拒绝换货,真是不负责任到这种程度!
